Job Summary:
The Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, managing relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is driven, customer-focused, and fluent in both English and Spanish, with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
The Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, managing relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommends suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly in both languages.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
